We offer Children the opportunity to write to the Rainbow Bridge. For a $5.00 donation, your child can send a personal letter that will receive a handwritten response, assuring them that their pet is safe and loved. The proceeds from these letters will go directly to local shelters, supporting animals in need within our community.
To ensure each letter is as personal as possible, parents will fill out a brief form with questions about their child's pet and their special memories. This way, the letter can be tailored to resonate with the child's unique experience and help them heal.

I had to put my lil doodlebug down this week, and it has been very difficult. The people at Charm City were extremely helpful and kind. They picked my dog up for cremation from the vet and gave her back to me in a tasteful box that I can put on my desk. I felt like they were there for me and only me during this difficult time and I am extremely grateful for that.
Our wheelchair dachshund Willie died unexpectedly. Zoey went the extra mile to treat our little guy with dignity. Willie was a big part of our family, and Zoey understood and was very compassionate. The day after we left Willie's remains with them, his ashes were returned to us in a beautiful box with tissue. They even saved some of his fur for us when we asked.
My poor pup died in the middle of the night and they contacted us right back at 3:00 a.m. Treated my son with compassion and dignity. We had our beloved pup back within 24 hours! I thank them from the bottom of my heart!
